I see this in the patch notes:

  • Fixed an issue where units could spawn at the opposite side of a building, when the closest spawning point to the rally point was blocked.

I hope it’s fixing this exact issue. However in all scenarios here the closest spawning point to the rally is clearly not blocked.

It has not fixed this issue. I had siege ungarrisoning in opposite direction to rally point and there was clearly no obstruction
