And there is even no need to write everything in its native language like some super-historical-nerdy total war overhaul mods (though I like them). Just use native words in a few cases, then choose names with more regional/cultural flavor for other cases.
For example, “Druzhina” or “Tatar Mounted Archery” instead of simply “Mounted Accuracy” (definitely not the best names. Just an example)

Well they could have done it like the OP said and just highlighted the “infantry +0.5 speed” and write it in thick letters or in a different colour.
Or add this to the first or last line in thick letters.
Best of both worlds…
