Unit/building die on kill/razing bug

If a unit/building dies while their arrow, torch or projectile is in the air the game does not detect that the unit got the kill because it is dead. This affects game types where you get extra pop for killing the king or in CBA where you need to raze buildings for villagers.

What should happen is if a unit/building dies and their projectile destroys it’s target the dead unit should still get the kill and the player should get the reward for it.

This bug also affects demolition ships as they are dead when they get kills.

The dead unit’s projectile needs to be linked to the players dead unit so they can still get the reward.
