When entering the Song Dynstay as Chinese, the UI shows all villagers in queue now only taking 15s.
However, if one times their build time, it still is 20s.
Only villagers queued after activating the tech actually have a build time of 15s.
Additionally, villagers queued while the tech was active still remain their 15s build time if they only are produced after advancing to another Dynasty.
