Unit torches create golden streaks across the map (particle effects bug?)

When some units are using flaming torches, there are golden streaks across the map (possibly particle effects?)

Usually seen when you are not looking at the units (as someone reported on the steam forums).

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Play a match
2. Look for streaks when units use siege torches

The update to the PUP today fixed it for me.
