REPRODUCTION STEPS
Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:
- Open the Pirates! scenario
- Move your ships near Elizabeth’s northern dock
- You’ll see some units underwater: they can’t move, but can attack passing ships.
EXPECTED RESULT
Units should be on land (maybe guarding dock)
ACTUAL RESULT
Units are underwater.
