Unused/Hidden stuff?

Age of Empires have a lot of unused hidden assets like the Trade Workshop:https://tcrf.net/images/6/69/Age_of_Empires_Greek_Trade_Workshop.gif

And some minor doodads like the tiny stone and wood walls.

Will they be upgraded as well since they are in use in many scenarios?

I remember there was a hidden spaceship cheat unit that never got used

There was a planned Oil resource, I think, but it was scrapped. There was just a post about this on the /r/aoe subreddit. Not sure what it would have been used for…My favorite hidden thing were Bronze Swordsmen in AoEII! I remember seeing them in a mission and being all like “Wait…what? AoE units?”

Oh yeah that one too, I forgot about it. But yeah it looks pretty!

And yeah I loved the Aoe units in Aoe2, I convinced Cysion to fix the Broad Swordsman and the Trade Boat in Aoe2 so they’re not bugged anymore.

Thanks, but yeah. It’d be nice to have those units remastered too.
