Update is up. Any improvements on your ends?
I have a i5 6600 with r9 390 radeon, 32 gigs of ram and running game from ssd.
1080p native,high settings (shadows on high not beey high) squeezing roughly between 60 and 100 fps.
Is this PC supposed to be “enough” for this game?

still 20 to 40 fps…before solid 60 fps 
…a roll back would be nice
