When arctic trade lines are upgraded they cannot be configured to deliver resources.

  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Start a game on any other map that has Trading Posts in the Arctic map category
  2. Build a Trading Post
  3. Research the Arctic Trading Company tech at the TP
  4. Observe only XP is available
  5. Research Icebreakers at the TP
  6. Observe only XP is available

The trade line should deliver resources when upgraded or the tool tip should indicate that it doesn’t
