they have 0.75 mult vs cav instead OF 0.6

Other skirmishers can attack cav at range, urumis dont, so I dont see it that problematic

It is not the same to create 40 skirmishers to kill the cav at a distance, than to obtain urumi only from shipments that are melee, practically that is why the negative bonus was increased towards the light infantry towards the cavalry
