US Techtree still shows "Virginia General Assembly" instead of "Virgina Plan"

As the title mentions, the US techtree still shows “Virginia General Assembly” card instead of the new “Virginia Plan” card.

  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

:play_button: REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Select the US Civilization
  2. Go to the techtree

:play_button: EXPECTED RESULT

It should show the “Virginia Plan” card instead of the “Virigina General Assembly” card.
