Useless error when starting the game outside of Steam

Everytime i launch the game outside of steam (shortcut on taskbar) i got this error

I have no idea why. Steam just starts running (if not running) and after some seconds the game as well and everything works fine. So this pop up is meaningless. Can it be removed

Always if i use the shortcut to start the game. 100% of the times.

  1. Make a shortcut of the game at your task bar.
  2. Launch the game using the shortcut.

Is this only me? Someone has a solution?

New patch, somethings are changed. The message box is still there. Also the name of the game is still there. But the message itself is gone. So you just gets an useless empty pop up.

Still no fix for this issue.

Just wanna let you know this is still an issue.
Currently i am using a different PC and it is still happening.

If you want to have a shortcut that works without this issue, just create a shortcut with steam :
steam

Or just create a shortcut manually with this url :
steam://rungameid/813780

This doesn’t work to me. It will put the shortcut under steam in the taskbar.

During the patches the message changes, but is still there
