User.cfg doesnt work

anything i put in user.cfg in the Startup folder doesnt work.

none of these options work:
showAiEchoes
generateAIConstants
generateAIEchoesOutput
DebugOutputGameData

Did you ever get “DebugOutputGameData” to work?
