Various lighting/render issues with Beach terrain elevation and shallow terrain mixing

Beach terrain on elevation have a render lighting issue which causes the terrain to be extra bright and hard on the eyes when they are on slopes in certain direction

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Go to scenario editor
  2. Create 1x1 Elevations of up to 3 height
  3. Place Beach terrain on all for directions

:point_down: What was SUPPOSED to happen if the bug you encountered were not present?

Normal terrain lighting that isn’t so bright it hurts your eyes

:point_down: ALWAYS attach a PICTURE (.jpg, .png, .gif) or VIDEO (.mp4, YouTube link) that highlights the problem.

All of these lighing bug occour in scenario editor, scenario editor test, skirmish (tested) and most likely in Mulitplayer too. I also tested it without any graphical mods enabled and the issue occoured as well when all mods were turned off.
