Last I checked, the current mega random, and especially nomad, are entirely separate game modes that one should not base their standard start random script map elo on.
this is again your opinion, and not hte opinion of the community.
my point was, you are once again FORCING YOUR OPINION On the rest of the community, as if what you say is completely correct and accurate and that EVERYONE HAS TO BAN NOMAD AND MEGARANDOM, and that is 1000000% UNTRUE.

That’s your opinion and not the opinion of much of the community at large, especially when we have so few voters here on the forums within 3 days of limited votes.
if you’re going to claim your opinion is accurate, please provide a source that supports your argument that these maps aren’t liked by the community.
The more people who actually vote, the less nomad stands.
Particularly in the 1 vs 1 queue.
And when there are good maps to vote on, same with mega random.
That being said, mega random should become a well and good permanent part of the queue if it returns to the standard start alone.
from a year and a half ago. provide a recent source. because guess what? when nomad maps make it into the pool? they are among the most played maps in the game aside from arena and arabia.
heck in team games nomad has a higher playrate then even black forest. nomad and megarandom rank 3rd and 5th most played maps.

Allot of that has to do with only having one ban when single queueing.
And nomad is a popular game mode, nomad players would no doubt love to force others into it in the ranked queue. Especially when it’s against players who steer away from it and practice standard starts regardless of the map surroundings, yet who do not practice nomad and thus will be at a disadvantage heavily.
really? because if so many didn’t like it, why does it have a higher play rate then black forest? heck at higher skill levels nomad is played more then even Arena.
again, just your own opinion. clearly community opinion is different.
you want proof how unpopular your opinion is? all your anti nomad posts on this forum? how many people have come out and said they agree and taken your side? meanwhile how many have come out and said they disagree?
just because you repeat your own opinion does not make it fact, nor does it make it have lots of support.

Because nomad is a popular game mode, nomad players are well and able to force standard start players who only have one map ban available into playing it. Often there is more than one nomad in the queue for teams. The numbers are skewed due to that alone. That, and mega random is often the place where that single map ban is set.

Nomad, as a separate game mode, being popular and played often does not equal it being in the correct queue.
Me again and again.
The voting of the maps has to be integrated into the game. Since most of the players do not participate in the vote.
And this small participation of the players in the vote, does not give the correct feedback. thanks

It really should be integrated into the game and only allow players who play that mode to vote (I don’t tend to play teams, but I could vote on team maps which is kinda bs).
What I would love to see in this map pool is golden pit though - a classic map. Water nomad will be fun for lols, but most people will ban.
