Itā€™s that time for you to weigh in on the maps you want to see in the next Team Game Ranked Map Pool! Here are SIX of the NINE (total) maps already coming planned for the next map pool update:

also mark nomad as a prema map. just remove ARABIA

In the same way you canā€™t remove Nomad from the voting pool or perma pool, you certainly canā€™t remove the most popular map.

I think it actually works if we increase the number of map pool and number of ban. Just show an estimated quening time before clicking quene (like if you only play arabia or arena you will only wait 3-5 minutes. But if you only play aftermath you will need to wait 20-30 minutes). Give back the choice to the user

Shame. There should be 1 island map on the permanent list. I have nothing to play at the moment. Thank you community.

The water meta is really stale, so most people actually donā€™t like maps like islands.

The current team map pool is so meh. Mega Random should always be in the pool.

What ā€œI like mostā€ is that the maps are decided by 460 players, but at the same time 23,390 players play the game per month (Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition - Steam Charts). I would be interested in what statistics you are basing that people donā€™t enjoy playing water maps. Some civilizations are only naval.

It would be good if, during the search for the game, the option to vote for additional maps popped up directly in the game, so that the sample of maps does not run out of 2% of the players on the forum.

Water maps really arenā€™t popular. aoestats - Maps There is a hybrid map in the top 5, though (Four Lakes).
