When soldiers shoot near a wall, the bullets just pass through it like nothing’s there. Thought this would be fixed in the Definitive Edition, but guess not.
This isn’t a bug, it’s intended game mechanics. Also why stop at walls? Bullets can go through ground, buildings, and trees also.
