Wanting to upgrade current or build new PC for AOE4 Please Help!

Hi there! I am wanting to either upgrade my current PC, or possibly build a new one so that I can play AOE4. Here is my current setup…

CPU: Intel(R) Core™ i3-2120 CPU @ 3.30 GHz
RAM: 4.0gb
Motherboard: ASUS Tek Computer Inc. P8H67-M LE Rev X.0x
Memory: 1tb Hard Drive
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTS 450

Ideally I’d like to just upgrade my current setup since it’d probably be cheaper, but I’m willing to buy a whole new setup if necessary. I just don’t know what components I currently have would be upgradeable/compatible to make AOE4 run. I know I would need a new CPU, but I’m unsure if anything such as a Ryzen 5 would even be compatible with my motherboard. I did build this computer myself, I just don’t know all of the ins and outs of upgrading and compatibility. Any and all help you can provide would be GREATLY appreciated. Thank you!

budget upgrade: find 2x DDR3 Ram sticks second-hand on ebay (similar numbers like the ones you have now.) $50

Buy another videocard nvidia 10x or GTX1660. $200

Tough situation. I would not invest into upgrades for this computer. You’ll need a new computer very soon anyways.
