if the stutter occurs, try to change the display mode to full desktop and then back to full screen.
if that fixes it for a while, write here again please.
you can also try to hit alt+enter 2 times, if that puts your game to window mode and back to full screen.
it’s faster than going through the menu.
The shutter gone longtime ago, but the freezing still exist, especially when someone click up to next age, and even in singleplayer not only multiplayer.
anyway, please try my recommendation, if the game runs terrible again.
