Issue:

When a sentry tower is upgraded to a watch tower, the rotation of the tower changes. This is incorrect, as the door of the watch tower should be in the same position as the ladder on the sentry tower.

Repro Steps:

  1. Build a sentry tower
  2. Upgrade it to a watch tower
  3. Observe the results
