What is the limit for publish a Mod?

I just get “error code 5” not the reason specifically when I try publish my MOD like this,
this MOD using many extra model file(gr2), textures(ddt)
so I am not sure what’s wrong happened about My MOD’s Publishing

What is the size of your mod ?

The zip file cannot exceed 500 mb in the official hosting site.

regarding some reason,I split my Mod by 2 type from beginning ,Civ settings and art,and biggest one have only 105 mb

So is error code 5 just that the file size is too big? It would be nice if it just said that.
