what is the percentage effect of this cards?
not the percentage description of the cards in the game in the hausa hometown !

You can enable more information about techs and units in the options somewhere ( at least I. Legacy, might be it’s enabled by default… ) just hover your mouse over the card to see the actual effects

Minaret is 10% iirc its an aura so it doest show up in techs

ive tested that and there is not more information about that card…
many people believes that lack of info is because users dont have “show more info” option enabled, but the true is that even with that option enables still the cards doesnt show %, just because developers forgot or didnt think is necessary to show that information

i can assure with 100% accuracy you havent played hausa and used those cards

Yeah, sadly the game will not show the percentage of an enabled action.
But to inform you, the card " DEHCGobarauMinaret "
does give a 10% bonus to the TowncenterBuildRateBonus
and 25% bonus to everything else.
