What the h is error 12148

OK I’ve been unable to play this ■■■■ game for two months due the game chrashing when its loading and the few times I get inside of the game all the units are see though. Now I finally got an error report from the game. I’ve never had this much of a problem with a steam game.

So please, can someone tell me HOW THE ■■■■ DO I FIX THIS!!!

Are your graphics card drivers updated?

Last I checked they were. I had 48 hours with no problems then an update came out and I got two months of nothing but problems with the game
