Spelling aside, all I’m saying is that they should be consistent with their names and/or titles across all myths if possible.
Why are some of the Chinese units have Chinese names and others have English names?
Terracotta Warrior = ENG | Bingmayong = CH
Monkey King = ENG | Hou wang = CH
Vermilion Bird = ENG | Zhuque = CH
Azure Dragon = ENG | Qinglong = CH
Dragon Turtle = ENG | Longgui = CH
White Tiger = ENG | Baihu = CH
Jiangshi = CN | Zombie = ENG
Pixiu = CN | Panther-Panther or brave troop or mythical wild animal = CN (see how dumb this looks?)
Jormund Elver = Norse | World Serpent Offspring = ENG (translation)
Giant = ENG | Jotunn = Norse
I rather call them what they were used to be called because it further exhibits a more powerful and a mythical sound. I think the developers should at least give the players an option to toggle “origin language” or “basic language” so both sides are happy.
Plus, it’s nice to learn more languages.
