When I'm playing, suddenly the game goes back to the initial screen

I’m playing normally then, all of a sudden, the game goes back, with no loading or stuff, to the initial screen where you can choose to go for multiplayer, options, campaign and stuff.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

1. I’m playing normally
2. The game returns to the initial screen where you can choose to play campaign, go to options, multiplayer and stuff
