Basically the title. I would like to adapt the legacy Orinoco map (TC farthest position to the river and natives) to DE (forest in the border).
I have TAD installed so looking for the original script shouldnt be an issue.
I havent done any modding before, so any advice would be appreciated.

all you need to do is copy the map files, and pasten them here:
C:/Users/%UserName%/Games/Aoe3DE/Numbered Folder/Mods/Local/%Modname%/game/Randmaps
Paste the files there

I see, but if I want to change the natural resources to get the DE forest ring of treaty what I would have to do??
Or change the starting TC location of DE orinoco to the legacy one (in the corner instead of spread on the edges)
Well , for that you need to copy the file to the mod location
Right-click the .xs file and edit the code
