Now that the mule carts have been implemented, which other civs should receive them?
I believe Tatars, Cumans, Mongols, and Huns should get them. Maybe Berbers?

They are payed DLC content they should not really be shared like that.

Lithuanians have winged Hussars and Hindustani have Armoured Elephants.
A lot of regional units from DLC were given to old civilisations.

there is nothing uniquely nomadic about a mule cart. except for the american civs most peoples used horse/mule/donkey/oxen-drawn carts
I don’t think this mechanic fits well into aoe2, I’d prefer if it was restricted to georgians and armenians so I can keep avoiding it

The Hindustani are not actually the old Indians civilization but rather are the conservative splinter. Do not be fooled by what they kept; they changed quite a bit.
All civilizations except meso civis can have them,mules are generic like horses.
