Why are the Chinese allowed to have myth units bigger than a titan?

Might be silly, but I want to give my feedback to devs in regards of some chinese myth units such as Qinglong and Yinglong being 2x the size of a TITAN. I remember the first time I’ve seen a Qinglong ingame I could swear it was the chinese titan due to how big it was.

Titans are supposedly the big boys and should reign supreme in the size department IMO, size helps on imposing the threat. If we start having units bigger than titans, their size will just become trivial which is not desirable game image design.

Even the biggest myth units or mythic age god powers on the other civs such as Niddhogg, Colossus or Mountain Giant do not come anywhere remotely close to the size of a titan. Only chinese have these obnoxiously big units dwarfing titans for no reason.

Well. Some Chinese Myth Units are very huge, but not bigger than Titans, I think.

In my opinion, a lot of the original four pantheons’ myth units look a bit weak and less intimidating than the Chinese and the Japanese creatures.

Could be because the units took a lot of influences from the original game which didn’t really have good graphics at the time.

I hope the developers will bring the original pantheons creatures up to par with the new ones so that everything looks even and fair, visually.

I agree, especially in regard to the Qinglong, which is way too big for a standard myth unit.

I disagree. In Chinese mythology, dragons are the largest creatures in terms of size And this DLC was produced by China’s own team, and they did it completely correctly.
