Why can't I find any games?

I have not played aoe4 for 3 months. Now I am back to try it a bit, but I can’t find any game. not a single one. lobby browser shows zero games no matter how I refresh. ranked search takes 10 min, 20 min, 30 mins still no games. Anyone has same issue?

ok i found a 1v1 ranked game after 5 mins. but still no team ranked, no lobbies

bizzare, looks bugged, i always see plenty of lobbies up
