I’ve been playing this game since the beginning of this year, I met plenty of cheaters, mostly map/zoom hack. I’m trying to report them when I see clearly they are cheating. the easiest when they are using zoom hack as well because the situation is clear after like 5 sec of replay. Recently I started monitoring players who were reported by me. The best example of the problem is player: ZSMJ – AoE4 World
Dude has been playing for the last 3 months, he was reported only by me 13 times, almost every week, by other players who were informed and checked replay as well. He didnt get even 1 ban for more than 3 days(he didn’t have a break in games for a longer time). HOW IS POSSIBLE?
The worst thing is that aoe4 support is not answering on reports sent through the game system. Just tell me why support is so uneffective.
