Why doesn't OOTD have Black Riders?

OOTD are the elite of HRE but don't have their own elite unit. It doesn't make sense.

It actually makes sense:

IT’S SUPPOSED: That OotD, according to the lore, are Noble knights fighting for the HRE christianity, and that’s why they use overpowered armor and have insane stats.

The Black Riders, on the other hand, were mercenaries, and they were already the best.

There can’t be a noble or better version of a mercenary who was already the best.

On the other hand, OotD shouldn’t have Landsknechts either, since they were also mercenaries, although supposedly they’re using the Halberd version of them. To a certain extent, it’s allowed, but even so, the variant is heavily criticized precisely for not having elements like Landmarks of Hungary, which is primarily the kingdom where it was created.

Finally, for balance: Guilded Handcannoners are already quite broken for just being “handcannoners”.

If the goal is to differentiate themselves from the HRE, and to have some bonus with the landmark Castle, they could give more bonuses to the gold units, something related to the countries that joined the order, or change it for some Landmark from the period when the order was created; there is a lot of Hungarian architecture that could be used.
