“Technologies” applies to ages when it comes to Portuguese bonus, why not for Spanish bonus?
“Technologies” generally does NOT include age ups. eg the Chinese tech discount also doesn’t affect age ups afaik.
The wording in the portuguese bonus is redundant, probably for emphasis.
