Why is my game showing "You have been defeated"?

Issue:

As many times as I try to play multiplayer game vs AI I m getting this message and game ends, “you have been defeated” Why is this happening?

Moved to the aoe2 section.

Do you have any mods enabled ?
Always make sure that if you have issues, it’s 90% related to broken mods.

Even without the mod enabled, its get the same message popped up.

I still get the same map, working in voobly aoe2HD. And I played this map many times on aoe2DE before today, but it is not working today.

Got it! It was on regicide mode :slight_smile: Sorry our king is dying from everytime.

It okay, kings don’t stand out and you can scroll past them while not noticing. What I saw was you make your own posts the solution. Very Nice!
