Very rarely do I use meso civs, but I did play today Aztecs and noticed that the bonus carry capacity becomes +6 after hand cart. Isn’t that a bug?
Before wheelbarrow it’s +3. After wheelbarrow but before hand cart, it’s +4…
The Aztec carry capacity stacks with wheelbarrow and hand cart. This is the intended effect, it worked the exact same way when the bonus was +5 carry.
