Why new hotkeys are not included?

hotkeys that are mandatory to include:

1. find group of idle villagers
2. find all of the same kind in the screen (without double clicking)
3. be able to use hotkey find the market wihout moving camera to the found unit despite having move camera to found unit activated
4. find all light infantry in the screen and in the match (1 hotkey for each one)
5. find all light cavalry (without the explorers all hotkeys must not include the explorer or be optional)
6. find all light cavalry in the screen
7. find all militar units in the screen
8. find all infantry without the aztec priestesses and explorers
9. find all militar buildings in the screen
10. make a suggestion
11. find all monitors
12. find all idle warships (if it doesnt exists)
13. find all of a kind warship
    12 find all mortars in the screen and in the map
    13 find all culverins in the screen and in the map
    14 find all mercenary in the screen and in the map
    15 find all natives in the screen and in the map
    16 find all light infantry tagged also with natives in the screen and in the map

all this hotkeys except the ones that has the word screen can be created by any use modifiying a file but is not practical and they should be included by default in the game, specially because having hotkeys that other people dont creates a disadvantage for that people.

these hotkeys help to save a lot of time.

i know they are a lot of hotkeys but there are mouses and keyboards with double function keys to be able to use all these hotkeys

and the most important these hotkey can do the same or similar in other age of empires games so the muscle memory is there for all age of empires games

we can technically expand this to there being no hotkeys for researching technologies (except the market, market has them) and other hotkey panels not being fully independent of one another which is a big limitation, it means more than a few extra panels but it’d allow what for example aoe2 and aom retold allow, which is panels that aren’t mixing hotkeys from 5 categories in a single panel, causing endless conflicts

on the side note, i’d greatly appreciate if the icons on some technologies didn’t move to different locations on the panel when something’s researched

Update Hotkey Configuration Page

First, we need to revisit the thread from three years ago. It is suggested adding an ‘Advanced Configuration’ option to the Hotkey Configuration Page’s UI. This would allow the grid to be expanded and officially include setting like ‘AbstractSkirmisher’ directly in the game. Alternatively, there should be a way to completely disable that scripting for all players, out of competitive balance concerns.

Exactly, all the function listed above are already practical by niche method. Game manager need to address this by making it either official function of everyone or deny it for all.
