The development team has been completely silent. Months have passed — hell, an entire season has gone by — yet we haven’t seen even the slightest hint of an update. We haven’t even gotten the tiniest bit of news!
They always do the same thing: release a DLC and then radio silence for months…
The meta is in a really good spot, it’s been a while since this worked so well, it’s not like there is something broken as hell (apart fron Jin being shit). Why would they bring a new big-patch when a DLC is coming (hopefully) next month? They are probably testing the DLC with the current patch or a ‘new patch’ which is coming with the DLC (as they always do).
I wouldn’t expect a patch until the DLC release.
AoE3 is releasing tomorrow, AoE2 in less than two weeks (September 22), soon the marketing machine will start and we will know when the DLC is coming.
Do you really believe that Zhu Xi is balanced? I’m so confident in this that I’m willing to bet the next patch will bring a 300% nerf to this civilization.
