With lack of engineering school card and 2nd factory it takes ages to produce papal bombard from the italian factory

Eh, I never noticed…
But I believe that it’s better if they just get a way to obtain a second factory.
The venetian arsenal could unlock the advanced techs though, it’s annoying to have to grab both arsenal cards everytime.
