Will age 4 have a treaty option?

Just wondering if that will be an option for a game mode? It’s fairly popular in age 3 and seems to have its own community.

Isn’t that also present in AoE2 ?

Yes it is.
It’s a very basic option and can’t see a reason to not include it in the final build.

I really hope there’s a treaty option for multiplayer. Some people, myself included, like the opportunity to build up a bit before having to defend against swarms of low-end enemy troops that the enemies have built quickly to rush you. If there’s no treaty option, the game will be worse than Age 2 for me.
