What civs could be added to Age IV. Me personally id like to see more smaller civs like the swiss.
I don’t know much about swiss history but smaller civs could be used to contribute bigger civs. For example with a building like consulate in aoe3. So as france or germans (im not sure) you can ally with swiss and train their units. For civs or foundations such as mamelukes, hashashins, knight templars this type of concept could be fine. But it wouldn’t be nice to bring up imaginary developments to the small civs just to make them competitive against bigger civs like germans.

they had reisläufer that was the common name for swiss mercenaries .this could be the unike unit. they also had great halbediers and pikemen(they were famous for that).they used crosbows and a special kind of phalanx they developed. i assume the used trebuchets. but they sure used siegerams. they fougt aigainst the habsburger and they securde their freedom.
I want see small civs as mercenary units.
For example,kipchaks.can train by russians,byzantine and turks in a mercenary building
Or swiss pikemans.train by Frenchs,Germans
Etc.
