By far feels like Jin doesn’t really have a landmark selecting issue until imperial, Flower Pagoda and Mountain Hall has always been ignore; and since Jin is also a variant of China, wonder will it be fine if letting Jin able to build both landmark?
No need to go for the dynasty or something, just being able to keep both landmark
Definitely broken, image 3 additional grassland, 30 more hp on iron pagoda and horseman. if Jin can access one more grassland at feudal, it will make a huge difference on their military strength, and 3 more plus landmarks, that will be a god-tier civ XD
I would say mountain Hall is vastly under used given the bonuses it provides. +75% to farm gather rate, 300% more to relics. You get a discount on monistaries which you can build around and essentially get that bonus triggered ever other minute if done right and it will really get it provided for you
