The hunters from the oldenburg european royal house can sometimes harvest wood in addition of being able to hunt.

It has only happened to me twice. Mostly they can’t do this, but sometimes they can.

Hi,

This is not a bug, it’s a new development in the AI of settlers to teach newcomers basic skills to survival, it’s how they decided to explain how native settlers can build civ specific architecture, and so in-game they may learn to gather alternative resources as well from other settlers.
