War elephants idle often even woth enemy targets near by. I issue an attack move near enemy onto the ground and some elephants will move an attqck while others never move.

It might be because they are very thick and block each other. Do they not move at all unless u use another command, or will they move just delayed? A few more information would be nice, like the following:
Describe a scenario when u encounter this.
Is this a general problem that’s easy to reproduce, or does it happen once in 10 games.
The war elephant would not move at all. Meanwhile the others would obey the first command and attack nearby enemy.
