The rollover text for the Tsetse Sabotage Card should be using stringid 102852, but is instead using rollover text for the Tsetse Sabotage ability, stringid 103422. This is relevant because the correct stringid clarifies that the card unlocks an ability for the explorer (rather than, say, being a global power).

I miss when the devs would say “Thanks for reporting this bug, it is now being tracked.” Nowadays I have no idea what bugs are tracked or not and don’t even know if the devs are allowed to even make a bugfix patch.
