Wrong hotkey for ungarrisoning units out of a ram

Issue:

I use standard hotkeys. When having infantry in a ram, I expect to use the T key to ungarrison them, as it is positioned over there in the grid. However, pressing T doesn’t do anything. I have to use the Q key, which is normally used to patrol. So when you have infantry in your ram, you can’t patrol your rams with a hotkey, because if you press Q it will ungarrison your soldiers.

Reproduction Steps:

Here’s how to reproduce the problem:

  1. Build a ram
  2. Garrison infantry in the ram
  3. Press T
  4. Nothing happens
  5. Press Q
  6. Units will ungarrison

I just ran into this! Also, I can’t seem to be able to change the hotkey :confused:

Just experienced the same problem. It seem like the ram is reacting to the unload option. instead of ungarrison. Simple solution would be to just keybind unload to T. But then transport ship siege tower wich use unload is keybound “wrong”

5 years later still a problem. Boo.

Edit: Changing Unload’s keybind did work. Hopefully nothing of consequences cascades with this.
