In the technology tree the order of civilization is always good in all the versions. You made a good alphabetical order in the drop down menu of the technological tree/
But :
In the civilization selection panel some civilization are misplaced in some language because they utilize some accent. When there is accent on some letter in some language you put this civilization in the last part of the civilization panel selection.
Just take the alphabetical order of the drop down menu of the technological tree (who is correct) and put him in civilization selection panel.
French version
In french the Ethiopian are in the last because they use the letter é. The correct order in franchise is between the spanish (Espagnols ) and the franks (Francs ).

German version
In german the Ethiopian who start with the letter ä (äethioper)
Put the Ethiopian in the german version between the Armenians (Armenier) and the Aztecs (Azteken)
Turkish version
In turkish the Chinese who start with the letter ç (çiniler)
Put the Chinese in the turkish version between the Burgundian (burgonlayiyar) and the Jurchen (curçenlier)
In turkish the incas, spanish and italians use the letter : İ (İnka) (İspanyollar) (İtalianlar)
In the turkish version Put the Incas, the spanish and the italians between the and the Khitan (hitaylar) and the Japanese (japonlar)
Vietnamese version
In vietnamese version they use the letter Đ and the following civilizations are in the last part : byzantine (Đong la ma) and vietnamese (Đai viet)
In the vietnamese version put the byzantine and the vietnamese between the Cumans and the Ethiopians.
