Wynguard Footmen torch damage only 10 compared to all other 20 damage units

When compared to other melee units (spearman/maa/horsemen/knights/scouts), Wynguard Footmen have only 10 torch damage, instead of the usual 20 damage.

Is this an intentional weakness of Wynguard Footmen, or is this oversight?
Clarification would be appreciated.

This is fixed in the PUP build, so it’s coming season 5.

I just checked PUP notes:
“Wynguard Footmen now have the proper torch damage for an Imperial Age unit.”
