Hello,

I’m unable to launch the Standard edition with XBGP.

Error: The game has crashed. Error code: (0xc0000409)

I can start other games in Ultra settings such as AOE4 so I don’t really understand.

My system:

Graphic card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 SUPER
CPU: Intel(R) Coreâ„¢ i7-10700 CPU @ 2.90GHz
RAM: 32 GB

Anyone else having this issue ?

I am getting the same error as you from PC Game Pass (Xbox App). The game crashed 1-2 seconds after launch and does not even make it to the opening cinematic or title screen. I haven’t had an issue like this with a game in several years and I know my system can handle it.

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080
CPU: 12th Gen Intel(R) Coreâ„¢ i9-12900F 2.40 GHz
RAM: 64 GB

I have already tried the troubleshooting steps from the website (repairing the game files, updating drivers, reinstalling Visual C++ files, etc).
