The Donjon does not have a production hotkey toggle for spears, it is just serjeants.

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Pick Sicilians
  2. Build a Donjon
  3. Hold Y for toggle, realize that you cannot build spears with Y.

Hold Y for toggle, switch between serjeants and spears.
