  • GAME PLATFORM: Microsoft Store
  • OPERATING SYSTEM: Xbox

:play_button: ISSUE EXPERIENCED

After entering the queue and a map is selected, different menu options pop up briefly then disappear. This means I cannot click on settings, leave multiplayer, my gamertag, civ info, or select a different civ. Very frustrating

:play_button: FREQUENCY OF ISSUE

  • 100% of the time / matches I play (ALWAYS)

:play_button: REPRODUCTION STEPS

Here’s the steps to reproduce the issue:

  1. Enter queue
  2. Wait for map to be selected
  3. Try to change civ

:play_button: EXPECTED RESULT

The civ menu would open and you could select a civ!

:backhand_index_pointing_down: ALWAYS attach a PICTURE (.jpg, .png, .gif) or VIDEO (.mp4, YouTube link) that highlights the problem.

I have a video but “new users cannot upload attachments”
