The Sultans achievement (Complete The Sultans Ascend campaign) not unlocking.

  • Platform: Xbox

The game crashed during the final cutscene. After that, I replayed the last level, restarted the Xbox, replayed it again, reinstalled the game, and replayed it again. But the achievement still won’t unlock.

The two final rewards for completing The Sultans Ascend campaign are also locked (photo).

This isn’t an isolated issue. Someone posted on trueachievements (The Sultans achievement in Age of Empires IV: Anniversary Edition) with the exact same problem, and there was a similar bug on Steam (Steam Achievement Bug ：sultan - Age of Empires IV / Ask for Help - Age of Empires Forum)

(DLC Yue Fei’s Legacy) Serve the Country with Perfect Loyalty achievement also didn’t unlock.

Do the developers give any answers on this forum?

It has been 4 years that they acknowledged achievements not working such as the Norman campaign completion and they still have not fixed it. Kind of crazy. If the game was abandoned ok fine but it is being actively worked on with new expansion packs.
